Roy is the founder and CEO of Definitiv, a cloud-based payroll and HR platform.Starting his young career as a tank driver, he dreamed of being on operations, but unfortunately due to an injury, he subsequently transferred to pay corp. Devastated at the time, this lead him down the path to creating a payroll company and selling it.
